Taming chronic aches and pains, listening to ancient verses of wisdom, stilling frantic thoughts, jumping to chaturanga, breathing victoriously, I dive with curiosity and come to the surface healthy and stronger.
The knowledge and styles out there are limitless, and has inspired me to sketch out these ideas to share my adventures.
